MusicForTheSea warmly invites you to a special and intimate event at Ibiza WIDER SOUNDS studio on October 8th, from 6:00-8:30 PM.
We are honored to welcome on the island,
Suzanne Ciani one of the true pioneers of electronic music, as she joins us for her artist residency as part of our initiative The Posidonia Project.
Suzanne Ciani also know as the DIVA OF THE DIODE is widely regarded as one of the greatest innovators in electronic music, and she continues to be a leading figure in the contemporary experimental scene. With over 20 albums released and 5 Grammy nominations, her influence stands alongside legendary names like Bob Moog, Don Buchla, and Dave Smith.
The evening will feature an interview with Suzanne, focused on bridging electronic music and marine conservation, followed by a Q&A session.
The event aims to raise awareness for the protection of Posidonia meadows and our seas through the power of music, with Ibiza as a beacon for ocean change.
We’ll conclude this intimate gathering with light refreshments.
This event is held in collaboration with MUTEK ES, OpenLab, WIDER SOUNDS , INMAR Marine Research Institute University of Cadiz, and Flumi.
