On the occasion of the 2025 UN Ocean Conference
TIDAL SHIFTS, through a transdisciplinary collaboration of partners, is an immersive audiovisual exhibition and symposium bridging ocean science, sound, art, and community action to foster Ocean Literacy and public engagement - inviting participants to explore the Ocean as a source of WONDER, intercultural dialogue, and shared responsibility, supporting Challenge 10 of the Oceea Decade “Restoring Societal Relationship with the Ocean” and contributing to SDG 14 and the UN Ocean Decade goal to protect 30% of marine environments.

MUSIC & MARINE CONSERVATION

A sonic journey and trans-disciplinary initiative originating in Ibiza with the aim to create awareness and raise funds for the protection of Posidonia, a critical ecosystem in the Mediterranean Sea. Posidonia is renowned as one of the most powerful carbon sinks, playing a significant role in combating climate change.By leveraging the power of music, the project aims to contribute to the Ocean Decade mission to protect 30% of the Mediterranean Sea by 2030.

Re-Oceaning is a vision—a call to reconnect with the Ocean through sound, memory, and deep listening.
Inspired by the idea that water is our first sensory memory, At the heart of this vision is a guiding question:
Can sound help us protect the Ocean?
Re-Oceaning suggests that by inviting people into immersive listening experiences, we can spark deeper connection and inspire new ways of caring for marine life and ecosystems.

A SONIC PLATFORM FOR THE OCEAN
We’re building a sonic space where music connects with the Ocean, inviting to explore sounds and tracks that reflect its depth, power, and urgency. Through underwater scientific research, artist collaborations and Ocean soundscapes, we aim to drive meaningful action and reconnection with our Blue Planet.

SYNC & LICENSING FOR OCEAN AWARENESS

We offer synchronization and licensing opportunities, allowing NGOs dedicated to marine conservation, to utilize our music content in their promotional videos. This collaboration enables us to amplify our message and reach a wider audience passionate about preserving our oceans.
